How many times do we need to call a company for some customer support hoping to land a pulse on the other end, and what happens after the short phone greeting? We find ourselves thrown into the great abyss known as automated Phone Hell. Press 1 for this, Press 2 for that, Press three and hang yourself in your cubicle.
